Hi! I am Manasa Hari.

I am a Senior Software Engineer III at Adobe, and one of the core engineers behind the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time Customer Data Collaboration Platform — Adobe’s latest innovation in digital advertising.

I played a pivotal role as a key engineer in the core team for the AEP Real-Time CDP Collaboration General Availability (GA) launch, successfully released on February 20, 2025.

My work at Adobe includes building innovative portal features that enhance decision-making within the AEP ecosystem, developing tools that enable real-time, privacy-first collaboration across brands and partners, and designing scalable workflows that integrate diverse data sources seamlessly.

I also partner closely with product managers, UX designers, architects, and data engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with broader platform strategy, and focus on writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, reusable, production-grade code.

Across these efforts, I continually optimize workflows for performance, reliability, and scale, and analyze user feedback to improve product capabilities.

Previously, I served as a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Selector AI.

Across more than a decade of experience working in the United States, Malaysia, and India, I have built scalable, data-driven systems and collaborated with diverse global teams. This journey has shaped my ability to deeply understand customer needs and design solutions that are technically sound, resilient, and business-aligned.

Prior to Adobe and Selector AI, I worked at prominent companies including Splunk, RingCentral, Taulia, and Celcom Malaysia, where I contributed to distributed systems, API architectures, and large-scale data platforms.

I earned my Master’s degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University (SJSU) and completed my undergraduate degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering (ECM) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) in 2012.

I am passionate about building scalable platforms, architecting resilient systems, and shaping the future of privacy-first digital collaboration.
