I am a Senior Software Engineer with 14 years of experience building scalable, high-impact platforms across global teams and enterprise products. I currently work at Adobe, where I help build large-scale, data-driven systems for privacy-first collaboration and decision-making. View Adobe’s feature story on Manasa Hari.
I was part of the core engineering team behind the General Availability launch of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP Collaboration on February 20, 2025. My work focused on building reliable, privacy-first product experiences that support complex enterprise workflows at scale. This launch was covered by Adobe News and Business Wire.
Across my career, I have built products and internal tools across customer data platforms, enterprise workflows, APIs, and distributed systems. I enjoy taking ambiguous business problems, turning them into clean technical designs, and delivering production-ready solutions that are thoughtful, scalable, and easy for teams to build on.
What sets me apart is a blend of strong engineering execution, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. I work comfortably with product managers, designers, architects, data engineers, and customers, and I care deeply about building software that is not only technically sound, but also genuinely useful.
I bring more than a decade of experience across the United States, Malaysia, and India, with previous roles at Selector AI, Splunk, RingCentral, Taulia, and Celcom Malaysia. Working across these environments has shaped me into an engineer who can adapt quickly, lead with ownership, and deliver consistently in fast-moving teams.
I earned my Master’s degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University (SJSU) and my undergraduate degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK).
Beyond engineering, I am known for strong communication, leadership, and a genuine passion for continuous growth. I care about mentoring, thoughtful execution, and bringing energy and trust into the teams I work with.
Outside of work, I am a singer and trained dancer. Those creative disciplines have strengthened my confidence, discipline, stage presence, and ability to connect with people, qualities that also shape how I lead, communicate, and collaborate as an engineer.
I am especially excited by opportunities where I can combine technical depth, product intuition, and customer empathy to build impactful software and help teams move with clarity and confidence.
